You can delete your Strazu account and all its data at any time, from the app or the web.
How to delete
- In the iPhone or Android app: Account › Delete account.
- On the web: sign in at strazu.com, then Account › Delete account.
- Can't sign in? Email privacy@strazu.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
You can cancel the request until it's carried out. If you have Pro, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings too; deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
What's deleted
Your profile, the people you saved, notes, tasks, events, trips, assistant messages, devices and settings are deleted. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as store purchase records, are kept for the required period and then deleted.
