Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Strazu for using the apps, the web app and Pro.

Last updated October 28, 2026Türkçe

These terms are the agreement between you and Strazu for using the Strazu apps for iPhone and Android, the web app at strazu.com and related services (“Strazu” or “the service”). By creating an account or using Strazu you accept them.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Strazu. You sign in with Apple, Google or a link or code sent to your email; keep access to these secure, because whoever controls them controls your account. Tell us at support@strazu.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your content

What you put into Strazu, including the people you save, notes, tasks and messages, remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for what you save. Only store information you're entitled to keep, and use Strazu in line with the laws that apply to you, including data protection laws when you save details about other people.

Acceptable use

Don't use Strazu to:

  • break the law or violate other people's rights, including privacy;
  • harass, stalk or spam anyone;
  • upload malware or try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service;
  • try to make the assistant ignore its rules or reveal other users' data;
  • copy, resell or build a competing service from Strazu, or access it by automated means except through features we provide.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The AI assistant

The assistant uses AI to understand what you write, organise it and answer questions about your own data. It can make mistakes: check what it proposes before saving, and check drafts before you send them. Strazu doesn't give legal, financial, medical or employment advice, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the messages you send.

The same applies when it turns your meeting notes into tidied notes and tasks: check them before you approve them.

Connected calendars

With Pro you can connect a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook account. You authorise read-only access with Google or Microsoft, and their own terms apply to your account with them. Strazu shows what it reads as it is; if the provider changes, limits or ends access, syncing may stop until you connect again. Disconnecting is always possible from Account › Connections.

Free plan and Pro

The free plan has limits shown in the app (for example a number of contacts, assistant entries and questions each month). Pro removes those limits and adds features described in the app and on strazu.com.

Pro is a subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. New subscriptions may start with a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

We may also give Pro as a gift or referral reward for a stated period. We can change prices or plans for future periods; we'll tell you in advance, and changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Strazu available and improving, which means features may change. We'll give notice of changes that significantly reduce what you've paid for. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Ending

You can stop using Strazu and delete your account at any time from Account › Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Before deleting an account for reasons other than abuse, we'll give you a chance to export your data.

Our intellectual property

Strazu, its name, logo, design and software belong to Strazu. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they don't transfer any ownership.

Disclaimers and liability

Strazu is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Strazu in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are handled by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, without affecting consumers' right to go to the consumer arbitration committees or courts where they live.

App stores

If you got Strazu from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Strazu, not Apple or Google. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply; if you keep using Strazu afterwards, the new terms apply.
